Based in the North East, we work with customers across Low Fell, Whickham, Newcastle, Gateshead and Durham, delivering the right product, at the right price, with the right level of service.

    Our installation service is fully comprehensive, supporting you from approved design through to completion.   • Initial consultations are free, whether by phone or in person, and we’re happy to explore any ideas or plans you already have – or suggest themes and options to inspire you. You don’t need to follow your existing bathroom layout exactly, so consider how the space could work better.   • The design stage is essential, and we’ll guide you through the key questions that shape your final decisions. Our service includes site visits, detailed measurements, design consultation, specialist bathroom planning, and full technical support, with the ability to work from architects’ drawings where required. ARTICAD visuals provide realistic interpretations of your proposed design, helping you clearly visualise the space and giving installers the technical detail needed to turn the concept into reality.

  • With more than 35 years’ experience in plumbing and heating, J Morgan brings technical insight and creative thinking to every bathroom design. Beyond supplying materials, we advise on piping, layouts and structural considerations, and work closely with architects, designers and builders on new-build projects to develop layouts and source materials from architects’ plans. Our design services include detailed site measurements, consultation and advisory support, and specialist bathroom design and integration.

  • The installation stage is just as important as the design itself. If you don’t have your own installer, J Morgan can recommend trusted specialists, with your contract arranged directly with them. Our recommended installers know the manufacturers’ products and support services well, and we continually monitor the quality of their workmanship. They work with full trade teams rather than as single-trade contractors, ensuring better coordination, smoother timescales and a more reliable, high-quality finish.
